There is a many way to trade and place the market. M1, M5, M15, M30, H1 called as short term and H4, D1 called as long term. I choose H1 and H4. And if u want to scrolling then u have to follow short term. Most of the new trader or emotional trader follow short term. if you are trading long term. you do not have to sit too long at the computer. but you only need to perform long-term analysis. long term it is more casual trading.

doing short term trading such as scalping strategy will consume a lot of energy and stress level of course go up.
because scalping is not designed to be done all day long. scalpers usually stay out of the market when he thinks he already have enough for the day.

its depended on market movement and analysis market, i am using maximum time short term because it may give quick profit, my invest is too low. so my need quick money earn. i say better to trade short or long analyse the market movement.

I you have a long term trading plan then you have a one month or a month plan but in short term you have to have many and different plans all the time so this is where again it gets tougher to be a short term trader and just sit and relax as a long term trader and results can be still as good or even better as compared to short term trading

I think long term trading is very much better but it requires big account balance. This is a strategy - 'Buy and Hold' or 'Sell and Hold' - if you have really big account balance you don't need to use SL because with really good Money managment you will never loose. When something goes wrong you just wait till situation will change and you are sure that your account will hold on with this.
