Short term forex trading or Long term forex trading?

i see that the long term trading is better than the short term trading , the long term contains many points at least we can say 200 points and will give the traders the advantages to get more profits

I think we will get more profit if we do short term trading, because we can make several trades in a day. but if we use longterm trading, maybe we just make one trade only per a few days. Then we can make more profit if we use short term trading
