That is not true. Even the long term and short term both have a great weakness. But in there to have benefit. The long term need big money and the short term only need smaller. But the long term and short term have same risk because they can face the unexpected condition everytime in market.

I am always doing short trade. because My capital is very small. also in short time trade there is more chances to win. in long trade the time is taking too. so for me short trade.

I do prefer long term trading due to the fact that it does provide you less amount of profit but also less amount of loss too but in the long run you can gain more profit which will increase gradually. but short term trading may give you a lot more profit.

Generally scalper do like the short time trading. but i am in forex for long time trading. i want myself to be involved in forex for the life time. again short time trading is a little bit risky than long time one. but if you don't have enough credit then don't go for the long time trading.
