People thinking that GBPUSD has done a long journey with downtrend and it will start to go up right now. I am totally disagree with these people who thinking that it will create bullish trend. Its not like that its long time gone to down trend and now it will go up. From long trend it has created too many trend and again it has made a down trend. I think the pair is on bearish mode and hopefully within next 2 weeks it may go more down. Look the Resistance 1.3610 where its close to 3 times and the pair cant cross this resistance. If there will not be a very bad news for USD then this pair will may go down more hopefully that not less than 200 pips because there is a strong support with 1.3459 and look the chart its already cross it and back again. Besides that, the stochastic indicator was well oversold when we opened this forex signal today. Yesterday, stochastic wasn�t oversold when we sold this pair. The bearish reverse came nonetheless.

The trend is extremely bearish, so we are on the right side of the market, for the time being. According to the technical chart setup, the odds are better for sellers today. So, we decided to take another trade on this pair which is going well at the moment. The GBP/USD pair, supported by the positive UK GDP and Mortgage Approvals data, tested the maximum at 1.3212, but today it has entered a downward correction. Market participants are waiting for British Markit Manufacturing PMI, which is expected to decrease to 54.0 points in June from 54.4 a month earlier. Confirmation of the forecast may affect the rate negatively in the short term.

GBP grew against USD last Friday, having receded from local lows, updated earlier. Optimistic macroeconomical statistics from the UK supported the instrument.

The GDP QoQ grew to 0.2% in Q1 from 0.1% in the previous quarter. In annual terms, the value of this indicator turned out to be at the level of forecasts and fell to 1.2% in Q1 from 1.3% in the previous period. Mortgage Approvals rose to 64.526K in May from 62.941K a month earlier. Consumer Credit fell to 1.405B pounds in May from 1.764B pounds in April. Index of Services was 0.2% in May compared to 0.3% in the previous month with the forecast of 0.1%.

Today, the pair trades ambiguously, traders expect new drivers. On Monday, investors will focus on Markit Manufacturing PMI.

he UK construction PMI report beat expectations. It was expected at 52.6 points same as last month, instead, it came at 53.1 points. This is a positive reading, although not great, but positive nonetheless and, of course, better than last month.

While construction might be in a better shape in other developed economies such as in the US or in Europe, the situation is different in Britain. Brexit has messed things up and the British economy has gone through a rough patch this year.

GBP showed a decline against USD on Monday, partially offsetting the strong growth of the end of last week. The instrument is under pressure by the increased demand for the USD, as well as the uncertainty around Brexit.
Monday data on the Manufacturing PMI in the UK showed a slight increase in June instead of decline: from 54.3 to 54.4 points.
On Tuesday, investors expect the publication of PMI Construction Index in the UK. In June, the indicator may decline from 52.5 to 52.0, which will put pressure on GBP. This week, investors will also focus on the speech of the head of the Bank of England Mark Carney (July 5) and the following cabinet meeting on the issue of Brexit at the end of the week.
