I have to follow trend they i will use trends that form on 4 hrs or one day time fame as they give strong trend than other lower time frame.In other word trend is directly proportional to time frame.

high time frames is good if we use it as trend, i usually use this it for to know where will the trend go, and i opened at small ones, so i can take and maximize my profit with this way

Nice strategy.,.But also use time frame H4 and H1 to check main trend because the trends on M5 and M15 are not good enough and price can move against you anytime .
