Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

i usually trade using a scalping style so i use 15m and 5m but for sometime i use H1 or H4 for checking trend.because 15m and 5m is too short when u put ur open position for some more times..

i think it is depend in your own trading style i like to choose my own trading style and i just follow my own trading strategy, i have two plane and both are so much profitable and also so much proven strategy if i loss plane A then i take plane B. i think pour own strategy is so much good that';s why just follow your own strategy if you understand market movement.

i think H4 chart and trend will be more effective than H1 and most of the time H4 are working for me .but yes D1 chart for very long term will be so much beneficial sometimes..as i m doing scalping so i prefer for M15

i think all trend is good to follow.. the danger is againt s trend because the trends on M5 and M15 are not good enough and price can move against you anytime . it is good thinking.Nice strategy.,.But also use time frame H4 and H1 to check main trend

please do not use the M15 and M5 for trading
I think it is you should always use the H4 chart as a chart for the most reliable research technical

I think so that every trend is friend if you have abilty to judge the trend and you can earn in every way up or down so no one trend is good all trends are good if you recognize them at the right time...
