During the time when i was a beginner in forex everybody suggested me to do demo trade for regularise up to 5 months or so . but it was too lengthy for me. but now it's said that kinda than studying on a demo account use a coin account and vest a lowercase money , and acquire from it . they says that it helps to exercise our emotions and feelings also with the acquisition treat . so i screw been recommending every one to do this
