Demo account is demo account and real account is real account. They both are very important for all the traders. Demo account is for learning and real account is for earning. So they both are very essential for the traders.

Demo account of cause is for practicing and learning about how the market works, why that of real account is for earning but we can also use the cent account to practice trading since it involves lower risk.

indeed sir, I agree with your opinion that it is in the demo account for novice traders to practice before using the real account. because usually a novice trader often make mistakes that result in losses.

yeh question har forum mai har jaga hota hai har koi puch tha hai iska jawab yeh hi hai ki emtion aur fear .....demo account mai nahi toh hame koi dar rehta hai aur nahi emotion aur real account mai yeh dono hi rehte hai isliye hum real acc mai mostly harte hai

Demo Trading is fearless emotion free virtual trading where Live Forex Trading is consists of real money with a lot of emotions involvedIn Demo trading you will learn basic, how to use the software, how to use indicators, how to make order entry, confirm your strategies etc. In Live Trading you will see the fundamental difference. what you will learn in demo trading you should apply it in real trading but i think you may not get the same profit .Simply you would never do the same things which you tried in Forex Demo versions

The trading on the Demo will give us the exact idea of how it will work out and then we can start the real trading only after we are satisfied with the results and i think the trading plan is important but if you think about it much when are you going to start right.

One is virtual world - the demo money, so, we relax for that cause we are not loosing anything though its a demo money. Another is real money - the real world. If trade market goes reverse, we loose our hard earn money. For this reason, we fear to do trade and we loose money. However, it is very important to keep our eyes open and put our concentration on every side of trading and do real trading, it will increase chance to win in real trading.

yeah. that is a very big difference in terms of the trader's psychology. the fear factor is enhanced by many fold in the real account.
beside that every thing is pretty similar. as long we treat the demo account as the demo account we will be able to cope with this issue.
