Demo vs Real

I would say both... If you are a beginner than start a demo account but also keep a real account too as you can try small investment in real and keep making strategies in demo account to limit the risk.

That is certainly not a good way to start trading. A new trader lacks discipline, so he is bound to try to see if he can make some quick profits from the real account and that can earn him some loss that will dent his trading ego. It is much better to do demo trading first before anything else.

this is because some things are only found in real market such as requotes, emotions, the pain of losing money etc.

I am disagree with you, demo is different with real account and it's different to trade with virtual money and real money. I don't
think if it's possible to treat demo account like we use real money. It's different in psychology pressure when you use real money
and virtual money. There is nothing to lose in demo account so it's easier to trade in demo account than real account.
