This is a good question. if the condition of my spirit was not controlled and the low, maybe I'll stop first trade. This condition is also very influential, because it is very unstable conditions affecting our psychology. I better amused themselves first and tried to calm the mind before deciding to go in and start trade.

well now I am so much confident or maybe I am lucky that this situation is not coming anymore as some times situation comes where I have to be patient but I have so much experience that in every situation I look at past and motivate my self by saying what positive things can happen for me.

Its very good that you not leave forex . so many time i think so but never leave forex. anyway loss must be happen in our trade but we need to act with loss. anyway we need consistent profit which may give us more and more confidence but for this really need so much practice.

when i feel that i am in low spirit in life or in forex ... i always take rest from anything i Usually do it daily
and stay away and do anything which i love it ... such as travelling ... drawing ....
and i feel that i be good then be return trading
