What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

I am try to search news and analysis for better trade next time or next trade, and also when I see my traded pairs in opposite direction then I am close the platform and wait until the pairs in right position cause in this time I feel very mind pressures. It is very much necessary for all traders to be in good money management cause rules breaking trade make us very disappointed when it come wrong.

When ever i receive any immense disadvantage in Forex, i would rather know a alter for 1-2 life and then i came side after researching all my
mistakes i did in my old deals and then i try to disregard them in boost trading.This is my way of dealings with inured dimension in Forex

I usually become depressed after getting mc or a big loss.Than i stop trading for on day and enjoy play a lot of games on PS2 and watch movies and after that i feel refreshed and than i start trading again with a new passion.

When you have lost from the forex and you do not have spirit then best way is that avoid trading for few days and involve in other activities such as do your routine work with passion, watch movies. It will refresh your mind and you can trade after that with fresh mind without any emotion.

Well in Forex world there is not end for learning , so we must start trading at some point and keep improving from there. If we think we will become a perfect trader in Demo account and then only will start real account trading , then that is never going to happen.

Yes, all traders in the world have gone through this situation to lose, and they take a break for a day or two to make an update in their start�gie to find the error, for that every day, you can pass a difficult time the forex market, and we must keep our mind positive.

Right we are losing money as we do not know somethings that are we repeat again and again so know what mistakes you done that causes loss trade then you will find it to stop in future.

This is a good question. if the condition of my spirit was not controlled and the low, maybe I'll stop first trade. This condition is also very influential, because it is very unstable conditions affecting our psychology. I better amused themselves first and tried to calm the mind before deciding to go in and start trade.

better to trade without emotions but if we can not control emotions we have to avoid trading in this situation because that can make you feel regret on your decision than every thing will be worst.
