What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

Calm mind and patience iss most neeeded things while doing trading.....and new trader should develop positive attitude.....and if he feel low spirit then he must have confidence ...and should keeps himself emotionally strong

some times you can be low in spirit so this part of life but make sure use that time when you are high in spirit. so just can afford to takr rest when you are low in spirit. anyway just have to be strong if you are a trader because low times will be there many time so just be brave.

well believe me that if you are a good trader then there can be no fear of losing as lose can be temporary AND in overall and longer term you can come out with profit but you have to know what to do and when to do? some times you can be in low spirit so at that time you may need some rest so that when you will be feeling good then come back.

If trader want to be get the forex trading profit, then its more important for the trader that they are more efficient and intelligent in forex trading education, because lack of knowledge in forex trading always be the result is loss.

for me i should stop trade and try to have a break , may be i take break all the day , and take some motivation to my self , finally i advise you not to trade while you are in low spirit and fresh your mind .

I just did a deal on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. In addition to the day I used to do other work. So my spirit is maintained. If you are in a state of down, rest for a moment, to calm the mind.

yes brother sahi kaha aapne last loss ko apne mind se out karna hoga tabhi hum apni trade ko sahi se kar payenge agar baar baar aap apne last loss ke cover karne ki sochenge to lagmi aapka ye bhi loss ho jayega.

g haan mentally strong hona hoga agar trader hi rehna chahte ho quick k kamzor logo k liye forex nahi hai aur unko kuch aur karna chahyie and in forex losses are part of the game and you have to accept your losses.

i m agree with you.
jab koi bhi admin stress ho jata hai and uski spirit low ho jata hai tab usko uska past dekhna cahiye to usko idea aa jayega.
and than uska level of spirit increase hoga and than profit kar sakega and level main aa jayega fir se.
