And do you think you can concentrate in forex trading if you do that? Its can help you relax but I doubt that its can help you concentrate more in forex trading and following your strategy. I know its hard to maintain focus if theirs a sound. That's why I like to trade when its very quite when theirs no one is speaking or no tv is on etc. But same time other do like to have a music just to keep them focus also. SO its depends really on your approach but me I prefer complete silence.
