I think the best way to control your emotions right is to ask someone else to comfort us and can not be, when our emotions are at the peak, we should leave our transactions to avoid things that are not in want

I have made a lot of loss for my emotional trading.I have discussed the matter with my friend.He suggest me to practice meditation.After that I learned about it and began to practice yoga and meditation.Now I thing these two really help to control emotion.

Meditation? do you mean something like yoga or what exactly? i would really love to learn anything that can make me control my emotion in a better way for one purpose which at the end helps regulate my losses and gains.

Very common and something we always have to be careful.I find that it is the best option to stop trading after several consecutive losses and refreshes the mind. Everyone has a different tolerance level in accepting the loss and you should observe your actions in this area and observe to fix it. I agree with you, it is very important for every trader decision out of emotion. because after all it was very emotional affect every decision we make. therefore we should always be able to control emotions very well, so it would make us too always thought well to take a decision. so I am sure it will make us more easily obtain a profit in forex trading.

I agree with you, this is one of the major reasons some people prefer to just put their trading strategies into robots by building robots so as not to allow their emotion control their decisions. once we can learn how to trade like robots, 70% of our mistakes would be reduced.

When we trade our emotions will usually carried along with the movement of the market, especially if we have floating minus, it is now almost certain emotional and mental stress will be very difficult to control. My advice to reduce our emotions while trading is to create an atmosphere of calm when trading. Because according to ane quiet atmosphere will affect the outcome of our trading.

I have written all my trading rules in 1 paper and keep that infront of my computer and always i tried to follow them and automatically my emotional getting control. Example - I have set rules that dont used more then 10% of your account balance in 1 position in any situation, so whenever i see good signal then also i dont used because anything can happened in forex and like this i able to control my emotions, some times it failed too...

control our emotions are the hard thing that we can do. for my self, in my experience, i also very hard to handle our emotions in trading, i have tried but some time it out of control.. at least i using robot trading to handle my emotions.

The one i ever do every my trade when i get emotion whether it's fear or greed, i will simply take a read again my target and ensuring myself if i can get out from this condition and make many profit. The target and rule very important to help us controlled our emotion,when you emotion simply back to your rule. That is work for me and i hope too can work for other trader.

Emotion is the main culprit to loss the capital. Most of the trader loss their capital for the emotion. So you have To control your emotion. Written all my trading rules in paper and keep that infront of my computer and always i tried to follow them and automatically my emotional getting control I have set rules that dont used more
than of your account balance in 1 positon in any situation so whenever i see good signal then also i dont used because anything can happened in forex and like this i able to control my emotions.
