For me it is really simple. DISCIPLINE is the most important thing. I overcome my emotions with discipline my self. Try inch by inch to control your self and emotions. Think of the positive side beside of negative. Set your goals and what to archive in your trading. May this help you to control and tame your emotions.

emotions are the greatest enemy of the traders in the forex market.I think the traders should trade with out emotions to get the real money in the trading platform.if the traders can not leave emotions they can not get real money.
