1 - Plan a trade and trade the plan
2- Must follow the system. If your system alerts a Sell signal, SELL. If your system alerts a BUY signal, BUY. Do not enter any trade without any signal from your system.

stop losses are used to minimize losses, not control your emotions in trading. I own so far have not found a good formula to be able to control emotions. I did when my emotions, I close my trade even though I suffered a loss.

I think that the trading we've been able to control emotions, to achieve a profit must be very easy, because in a calm state of mind without any load, we can determine the position of the focus correctly.

Do you really know how to trade real ? Forum posting is totally a separate thing and it has nothing to do with emotion control. While you trade in real market, you will be under emotions and you should try to focus on your nerves and try to be relax in case of positive/negative trades.

You are right about a thing or two in your post. Going into trading WITHOUT and emotions is nearly impossible unless you are numb. Going into trading with CONTROLLED emotions sounds a lot better and is more appropriate. Controlling emotions will be hard at first but you will get use to it as you go along in forex trading. Being too emotional is not ideal as this will lead you to make decisions with your emotions and not with your mind which is totally wrong. Your mind should really be the one that decides.
