the trend farmed in these charts consists many days data and there are many traders who can hold their positions for more than 30 minutes. Such kind of traders have nothing to do with H4 so better to use it for taking direction and watch on lower time frames.

some time market is very slow i trade for long term use the time frame 1day this is long trade for three or four days . Before trade i look markets trend with the help of moving average the 15 or 25 moving trend is best for about markets trend , when markets is fast that time for fast trade now i place time frame 30m 1hour and use the 0.2 lot size i like moving average is the best for help of trader .

dear first you have to decide want scalping or long term trade then can easily decide about time frame and follow the market trend for opening new positions if trend is upside then no way to trade downtrend.
