Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

also the large time frames are easy to take action on quickly and easily like in terms to open or close a trade, if we use the small time frames then we get confused and might be in hesitation and doubt's we start closing trades or getting out of it

Kayi trend sirf news ki wajah se ya expectation ki wajah se bante hai aur bahut jaldi collapse ho jata hai humko har trading time frame ki khabar honi chahiye monthly se m5 tak kyoki trade kabhi reverse bhi ho shorter time frame magar higher time frame ke liye wo sirf correction ho sakti hai isliye har time frame par jo trend strong ho usko hi hamesha follow karna chahiye kyoki isse risk bahut kam lena padta hai aur ek do pairs mein stress bhi nahi lena padta.
