If you Lose your Money, what you can do to make yourself relaxed?

I also lost my account before and this was a very painful thing for me, but I moved away from the market and from trading two days and then I went back again learning and training on the demo account until anime my skills in Forex and come back to it again strongly and without falling at a loss

In someday i am trade and profit $18, so my balance is $50, but some minutes after that my money loss. all go.

If like that, what you can do to make your relax?

if I fail to do this then I will trade trade with casual sir,
I was even going on holiday with a way to stop this trade in a way that does not leave the position open in the forex market is well and able to get a correct way

if you loss in forex trading then i think first find the mistake what you done when you get your mistake then learn a lesson of your mistake and learn well and then working well and hard and earn good money in forex so here more you learn well more you earn well in forex and get good success in forex,,

whenever i lose some money , i try to relax my self by spending time with my family. i know its very difficult to do but i also thought at that time,its a business and profit or loss is its parts so don t be worry ,INSHALLAH tomorrow i will earn double profit.

you have a great idea, if you are at a loss, you will have to spend a little time to relax and psychological comfort, if you continue trading, I believe that you will continue losing money, trading is acomplex field, where trading psychology is the most important thing.

According to me if i loss my money then i might go towards the natural land scape to discover a pleasant environment and out of the crowds. then i feel i am relax so i back to try trading in Forex.
