Also on this day investors are also waiting for a report on oil reserves from the American Petroleum Institute released at the end of trading hours that analysts expect will be a decline in oil, gasoline and refined oil reserves.

The nearest resistance level is seen at the 57.60 area, penetrating upwards from that area could trigger further upwards to the 58.00 area before targeting the 58.60 area. The oil price rebound may have already run into a little snag, with WTI running into some resistance around $55 on Monday (Brent similarly around $64). Today i am so sad because i am on selling side in Oil, but my analysis was different oil price tests the resistance line , and the price still within the sideways range that its lines represented by 60.86 support and 62.70 resistance, which keeps the sideways move scenario valid until the price manages to breach one of these levels and detect its next targets clearly.

I think expected trading range for today is between 60.86 support and 63.80 resistance. The expected trend for today is Sideways, because market have not broke yet.

Oil prices have spiked on Thursday following reports of tankers being attacked in the Gulf of Oman, off the coast of Iran. This comes a month after allegations of sabotage in the same region, which was blamed on Iran and threatened to stoke further tensions in the region. It comes at a time when the US has imposed sanctions on Iran in an attempt to reduce oil exports to zero, ruin the economy and apply maximum pressure to the regime after Trump pulled out of the nuclear accord.

The knee jerk reaction is more a response to the risks associated with higher tensions in the region and prospect of more attacks, than immediate impact on oil supplies. It comes at a time when oil prices have been under pressure from weaker economic prospects and record US output, despite efforts by OPEC and its allies to reduce output and cut the oversupply. WTI was hovering around $50 when the reports came out which may have aided the rally, being such a key support level. As long as prices remain below $55 though, it will continue to look vulnerable.

Moving steady above $ 57 a barrel, oil prices are still buoyed by political turmoil in Saudi Arabia and optimism for an extension of an output-cutting deal by major oil-producing countries. The short-term focus of the oil market will be on the release of oil rig data by Baker Hughes ahead of closing.

For upside movement a break above $ 58.00 is needed to pave the way for a move up towards $ 59.0 or even $ 60.50 in the long run. Meanwhile, a break below the support of $ 56.50 could trigger a bearish correction back to the $ 55.30 area.

Okay, based on the image above, last week's price was only in a mild consolidation between R1 and S1 levels, so we should be wary of resuming this week's consolidation pattern before trying to shape the price direction out of this mild consolidation pattern.

But in my personal view, it looks like the price has a chance of falling back strongly after the light consolidation takes place and is able to reach the S2 level. Keep an eye on any price reaction before deciding.

Well, in my view / prediction, based on the price movement we analyze above, we will try to look at the available entry opportunities. However, technically does not allow the assumption of play, then the best entry that can be done is, we will continue to see the movement of CLOSE PRICE on Candle 4 hours.

My setup for Breakout opportunity,
Buy: If the price of the 4 Hour close candle penetrates the R1 level perfectly (body candle is far from the upper limit of R1), then preparing to find the best Entry BUY position, you can also let your position reach the R2 level (the strongest resistance level at the moment) to see the market reaction to that level to rise again or not.
Sell: If the price of the 4 Hour close candle penetrates the S1 level, then prepare to find the best SELL Entry position, you can also let your position reach the S2 level (the strongest Support level right now) to see the market reaction to that level to get back down or not.

My setup for Pullback opportunity,
Sell: If the price of 4 Hour's close candle does not penetrate the R1 level (like forming a bear pin bar), then prepare to find the best Entry SELL position, but if the price reaches and breaks this level, then prepare for the cut loss. Applicable at R2 level as well.
Buy: If the price of 4 Hour close candle does not penetrate the S1 level (like forming a bull pin bar), then prepare to find the best Entry BUY position, but if the price reaches and breaks this level, then prepare for cut loss. Can be applied at S2 level as well.
Use Risk Reward always at least 1: 1.5 and trailing stop (manual or automatic) when needed. Can use support and resistance levels for your analysis reference to determine Stop Loss and Cut Loss, keep in mind the occurrence of price consolidation.

President Donald Trump said preparations were starting for him to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G20 summit in Osaka, Japan, next week. Tensions in the Middle East after last week’s tanker attacks remain high, with Trump saying he was prepared to take military action to stop Iran having a nuclear bomb but leaving open whether he would sanction the use of force to protect Gulf oil supplies. Investors are also waiting for a meeting between Organization of OPEC and producers including Russia, (OPEC+), to decide whether to extend a supply reduction pact that ends this month. The meeting will now likely be held in early July, rather than late June as originally planned.
