Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

All the trend are the best, but it depends on the one you decide to follow. The whole time frame is meant for us to trade. As for me, i use 15mins time frame to enter 1 hour trade on my chart because i find it easy and Convenient for me.

Am a scalper in this trade so the best time frame for me is the 1h time frame this is the frame I trade ever since I join the forex market, am not yet a swing trader so I don't look or follow any other time frame except from the 1h time frame.

Different traders have different styles of trading and several clear butt so they determine opposite kinds of discernment and survey them for their trades. Overnight constituent traders use extendible term trends and follow them and brief constituent traders originate momentousness.

You are missing the point mate, M15 can be utilized in momentousness constituent trading but even then you mortal to go with the tendency shown on larger reading frame. Symmetric if you are trading the perceptiveness in M15 that is also the direction in H4, then your trades module be favorable but paired to that can grounds you casualty at most of the times.

Dear it is depend on you that what type of trading style you like, either you like to trade in short time, or work for long term, so according to it, you can chose the time frame, but i prefer the H4 time frame, because in this time frame you can better predict the market as compared to others, but everyone has your own choice.

if you use the H4 time frame, then you will do long-term trading, I prefer to do scalping at M15 time frame. to determine TP and SL 20 pips, I will double the lot if the position touched stop loss, this requires patience, I can make consistent profits every day, even if only low profits, and I tried to follow the trend of the market,. because all the trends are good
