Trading poorly is very bad, of course we won't it happened in our trading. But it may happened in our trading. Then we can trade with lower trade size, to minimize our risk. BUt mostly i do not want to trade if there are bad situation in the market. I prefer to stay away from the market until there are good signal to trade

I also did the same thing, because I do not want to take any risks in conditions that are not good for trade. in the trade I always wanted to get a big opportunity for profit. so when there are conditions unfavorable to trade forex, I better not trade rather than just minimize the risk to the lower lot size.
