How much you get angry after losing?

I think angry is common thing for every novice trader. I was also more angry when i was get loss on my trading. And on that time i was made some wrong trade which give me big loss. So if you are angry on losing time then i think you need to stop to watching trading chart.

depending on the loss that I experienced, when I suffered a great loss, of course we are very angry. can even make us stress, but when we can adjust our losses with the limits of our abilities. then the loss would not mean anything in our forex trading

I think it's a natural thing, the loss becomes angry. but if we are in a state of anger, do not make a trade. so it is recommended when the loss, decide to cease trading for a while. because I believe it would disturb our psychology. it's better to be patient waiting for a better moment to trade, and tried to calm our minds.
