It is very nice and good information post for all traders. If i want good in Forex trading then i would be earning a lot of knowledge about Forex and try the demo account for more then six months after that i could keep profit of my hand then i can invest in real account.

you're right, the more practice the better it is. In forex, if a trader has been adept at generating profit in a demo account, then he will have a good experience for him to use to trade with real accounts.

requotes can occur because the server itself, if indeed an internet connection that you have no problem. If you're trading with instaforex, then you'd better choose a server that is stable and rarely requotes. From my experience, the servers are less stable Singapore, and London is very stable server.

As a Forex traders, i beleive that i really need to plan my trading and trading my plans, all the rest are just an added advantage, by this i will be a better trader.

Actually to learn forex its need so much time and if anyone realy want to learn forex then they have to passed long time and without patience its not possible because there is no shortcut way to achieve learning about forex which need so much practice to make man perfect.
