What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

We should rest from times of low spirits in our forex trades which is mostly causes by losses in our trades. We should as well find the cause of losses that always disturbs our forex exchange trades.

yes you are right, I 've forced myself to open a position when the mind is in turmoil.
the result is the loss of many, it is certain outcomes,
because the analysis we will definitely not good, in such conditions.

as i am a new trader so i can say that,when your speed low then you try to high speed.but you increasing our forex trading day by day.just try and try.

when you suffer loss you will always be in the low spirit but you must be able to lift your confidence and try to regain your spirt which is very essential in the forex

if our trading spirit is low we will never be confident to enter a trade and might even enter at wrong time.
so yeah, i agree with you. we need to charge our confidence first before entering the market next time.

I am newbie in forex market business and i recently complete my training and practice on Demo account. I will soon start my real account trading but i have opinion that when a trader will loose money in forex trading busienss he stop trading for some time and take rest.

Well spirit is need to execute the job well and to be successful, when you are low with trading spirit you naturally need to increase it, you may do so by staying out for some time, rethink with calm mind and return with better confidence.

Often we experience the sagging spirit of trading, this will pose a big problem. If we force ourselves when we are trading at less passion, this can result in poor trading results. I think we do not trade at the time of sagging morale.

We are all exposed to the Elias greatly in the foreign exchange market and because of great loss Musharva dear .. It's really difficult to feel failure for a moment a few but should we skip it and make sure that we are able to succeed like a lot of traders I am doing this always, and I say to myself, who arrived to success not better than me at something, but I like him and most successful market, patience and diligence.
