one small survival way can be using adequate amount of capital to trade with without withdrawing most of it and also to keep on market updates with urself when using swing trade and always keeping track of your long term trade to ensure proper returns

well some basic survival skill's that i can tell you are like money management, lots of knowledge, making a perfect system or strategy which can be consistent, control on ur emotion's, readiness to learn from failure, no greed, analytical view, getting doubts solves with proper guidance and keeping information of market movement's

I think a few of the survival skills are using small lots are using stop loss, because you can survive longer if you use that.
But you must practice in demo first and find a good strategy, then try to survive in demo. if you survive there, try cents, then real account.

the only survival skill i say is trade without greed and dont misuse high leverage.if you do so you will get MC.

the most important survival skill is money management. Using a good money management system, you won't get margin call although you have loss 100 times in a row. Isn't that great ? Fundamental, technical and sentiment analysis is only used for max profit or min profit.

I think for the money management is part of risk management there is no guarantee you too can survive with good money management if you have an analysis that is not good because success is your ability to thoroughly understand the forex
