for a scalper, they see the style in the h1 and content in m5 or M15
piece for the daily traders, they elevate to see the direction in h4 or daily, and message in the M15 or h1

the good trend in my opinion is the trend in the daily time frame ... because the daily time frame will indicate a valid trend and do not produce noise ... to follow the trend on the daily time frame, I more often than generating a profit loss ... and if I am having trouble determining the trend on the daily time frame, then I use the time frame the lower the time frame H4 ... if I'm still having trouble determining the trend, then I would look at the time frame H1 ..

mere khyaal se to trend identify karne ke liye higher time frame hi use karna sahi hai kyuki higher time frame kam noisy hote hai jaise 4h fir right entry point ke liye small time frame use karna chaiye.

bhai sabhi trader ka apna ek tarika hota hai, koi low time frame par trend identify karta hai, to koi higher time frame par, bhai main H1 aur M5 dono ko sabse jayda dekhta hoon, to mera trend clear ho jata hai, ki buy ya fir sell.

i think The best trend is a trend we must follow complete. That means it does not matter if the type of business you are an intraday trader or even longer. I think for save play we can follow the daily trend. but for opening trades dont forget to watch smaller timeframe too.. it is best to know the best time to enter trade. you can never only see daily timeframe than go enter the market without floating first. so to minimize your floating, go smaller timeframes
