we even though we dont have the holy grail in forex trading i think technical analysis is the way to go . fundamental analysis is also good but involves allot of work and technical analysis to me kind of simplifies that . i also know that fundamentals are also important

Majority of traders use technical analysis but the point need to keep in mind your technical analysis will not help you any more during news hours and you will have to follow fundamentals during news.

If you are only a day trader or scalper then you should keep the news in front of you, but if you trade on daily chart and you are a long term trader then you can purely depend on technicals.
