If you lost 1000$ in forex then use to trade with low level.I mean to say if you see this pair will fluatuate then do not invest 100$,just invest 20$ to see what would happen.Divide capital with differnt currency pairs and operate them differently.

Self education is the best education. As you know your mistakes very well, do not repeat it at first option. Use a fix lot size, 0.05 to 0.1 will ideal for your account and dont open too many trades at a time.Make a routine/time table to trade and fix a maximum hour to trade daily as per your trading style. You can also use Stop Loss.

Strategy and management is important, money management is the way to avoid the margin call with a good money management u can minimize u risk to take loss and with a minimize risk u chance to take profit is higher

I think forex is a good job.I will try to fight back if i loss that amount and try to find a good way to recover that but yes i will concentrate with the trading investment amount first and find out what mistakes i have done in the market.Positive attitude can make us success to achieve that.Be careful.......................................

depending on how this loss happened and how much it represents from your account, if this loss happened in many successive trades and it represents large amount of your balance you must stop trading and search for the error in your strategy

.1000$ lose is very bad for trader. Some time trader are very upset and quit trading.....If you learned from your old mistakes then comeback can be not hard for you. Some time trader come back with good knowledge and strategy. I think when trader use good money management system then it is good for their trading.

Loss those amount it gonna be great experience and good learn for trader, that is why we need to be prepared initially for the loss. When go for loss use your backup plan if you do not have than create first backup plan and than go for trade.
