What do you do when you loss?

same as me brother, those revenge factor is pretty annoying, when i first trade i put 250 on stake, then i almost get an MC, so i pour more money, then its still falling down, i pour another, in the end i finally got an MC, and my total lost reach to $1500

mmm substantial loss patiently but there must be a friend of all the wisdom behind the incident because after the error and experience is the best teacher

Its really very very bad feeling when we loss and for me before i tried to revenge to that particular currency where i lost but the result was more loss because revenge is not soluation to servive in market which lead more and more loss . but now when there is loss i try to not trade that moment because mental condition go disbalance that time.

At the first time when I lost much money in forex trading I fainted,. because the funds is have my clients., after that I invited my friend for Fun, like going to the place karaok

some times i take a break, watching some Sachin video to put my confidence back again then trade again
sometimes it worked for me, but sometimes it didnt, haha
and if the loss is huge, i will break and take vacation, throw my monitor away
