EUR/JPY remains well on the defensive today although it has managed to rebound from earlier lows in the 120.20 area.

The cross has gathered extra downside momentum following the increasing selling pressure around the European currency, particularly exacerbated after preliminary manufacturing PMIs in the core euro area came in short of expectations once again.
EUR/JPY relevant levels
At the moment the cross is receding 0.17% at 120.48 and a breakdown of 120.20 (low Jul.24) would expose 119.33 (low Feb.8 2017) and then 118.82 (2019 low Jan.3). On the upside, the initial hurdle aligns at 121.63 (21-day SMA) seconded by 122.32 (high Jul.10) and then 123.35 (monthly high Jul.1).

I still have bearish bias and sentiment the market but with the new prime minister of UK, Johnson Boris news then there should be some cushion effects on the this which is making it looks as if it's will move well.

Reasons:
Bullish price action patterns on the daily chart. First a pin bar then a bullish engulfing bar
Price is crossing a small but still important pivot zone, the 115.00 area
The support on the daily chart at 113.50 is the bounce place. Multiple bottoms in this area = strong rejection.

Like I said in previous post Eur/Jpy wasn't able to break the bearish trend line and hence it dropped. Today H4,Daily and Weekly time frame shows that there is a strong bearish movement which will continue even in next week. Hope for a good start on Monday.

First three days of the week was held to consolidate the achieved levels Thursday and Friday last week, and on Thursday a couple seemed to have demonstrated a tendency to decrease. However, on Friday revived risk appetite and the output of the traditional currency of refuge, pushed a couple up.

The growth in the coming week will be limited to the upper boundary of the current channel - 120.25, in case of breaking up a couple of which will test the strength of 121.74.

I try to make analysis for USDJPY pair today.
I see this pair still in strong bullish movement . If this pair can break the 128.50 resistance level, I predict this pair will go up to the next resistance level at 129.00 But if this pair go down and break 128.00 support level, I predict this pair will make some correction to the next support level at around 127.50
Buy signal is indicated from the Simple Moving Average and Bollinger Bands indicator . I suggest to entry Buy with stoploss at 128.15 and take profit at 129.00
Don’t use high risk and please stop trading if the target has been reached, we should avoid greedy.
