How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

I'm feeling frustrated and fell bad on my mistakes, but after sometime i try to identify my mistake and try to learn from it, because we can only become perfect by removing the mistakes, therefore i do the practice on demo account for removing this mistake and after that start trading again on the real account.

When i get heavy loss in my trades. I beautify really sad. I reckon active my doing mistakes and also think that i do not interpret trading. I should do a nightlong essay to get participate of trading.I do not do Forex succeed that day.But incoming day i reach tension and start again trading.

Profit and loss is part of forex trading and every body should be ready to face loss also if he want to make profit, No doubt no body likes loss and same is with me i do not like loss but i have to accept it. I feel sad but not disappointed and tries to review my mistakes and no doubt with experience chance of loss will increase that's what i think

nonetheless i am now not were given heavy loss however one time i loss my 2 hundred$ in sooner or later than I stay all day a piece sad however ofter next day I will do strive once more to recover my loss because I realize I lose my cash because of purpose of bad cash control so within subsequent month I recover my loss and start again change with cash control

i live all day a bit sad but ofter next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management so with in next month i recover my loss and start agian trade with money management specially if he is losing his whole capital, similarly, I also feel tension and worries regarding future trades, but after some times I realize that it was written in my destiny to face loss
