Scalping, Day Trading or Swing Trading?

The most profitable type of Forex trader is the day trader and swing trader. When starting its best to try day trading and with some experience try swing trading. These methods are best because you do not pay your Forex broker a lot of spreads therefore reducing your costs while at the same time collecting a large number of pips. However these also require a lot of skills so it is best to stick to day trading for most traders.




Forex Scalping involves paying a lot of spread on the traders part hence its very expensive while at the same time going for a small amount of pips might not be best.



Position trading is good but requires a huge forex account balance and sometime it can result to huge draw-downs.



Forex News Trader Trades during economic news, either guessing the news will be positive/negative or placing pending forex orders above and below price. Forex News trading is risky as volatility is massive, whilst liquidity may be non-existent. You may not get filled or, worse, your stop loss might not be honored! Forex News trading used to be profitable but most brokers discourage it.
