Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

For me, uptrend and downtrend are equally profitable because I use Hedging, I gain profit
by going down and also the market rise. But many times I face difficulties in my trading because of the wrong trend reversal.
I think trending market aside is very good for touts.

In my opinion, it depends on the merchant's point of view. If the trader is a scalper then
he follows the M1 or M5 chart and if the trader is day trading then he follows H1 or H4, if the trader
swing trading then he follows the M15 or M30 and D1 or M1 follow if the trader trading as a trading position.
So now you decide what type you are and follow each graph.

I think the most important thing is not working outside the trading system mainly based on following the trend.
Now we as traders just need to know that the trend is there. Especially following the trend the system
will not exercise when there is a sideway and many traders begin to believe the system does not exercise. I usually take a dash within 15M.

me trend line ka use se trading krta hun or mjhe jada knowledge nhi hai waise uski bhi pr jitni bhi hai us se hi mere kuch profit ban jata hai jo ki mere liye thik hai, baki mjhe time sikha rh ahai ki kaise apni trading ko kaise thik krna hai.
