Good question sir , i think that each trader have his own trading time and try to follow his plan , but what most traders love is trading when london and newyork opens which is the best and the market be moving good , im also one of the people that trades mainly on newyork and i avoid news time , because it blowed my account several times before .

I think that there is no best or worse time to trade as we know that there can be more volatility in some time and less in other time therefore we can make more profit in some period and less in other depending upon the trades we execute

Well it depends with your schedule you might be having a tight one and you only have a few hours to trade in a day so you have to make the most from that but if you have all the time you don't have to be restricted in trading where you can trade at any time of the day you want to and its better this way since you can wait for the right moment to came by and make the most out of it.
