Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

a thorough analysis of bigger time frames is quite good to make a right order. but for short-term trader or scalper i recommend to use time frame m5 and m15. and I'm sure your daily merchant.

yes, my dear of course, I obviously believe that I use technical analysis to follow big trend and it also means that I need to use a larger time frame H1 and I prefer to use the H4 and D1 because it helps my analysis more efficient in make profit

Forex market is not trending all the time and most of the time it is in consolidation but when it trend we can see that trend from different angles whether it is trending on daily or h4 or m15 so accoding to our strategy we choose 5 min or 15 min or hourly trend .
