great thread. simlpy this is the basic knowledge for all newbies. all the basic things you need to start trading . before enter in real trading you must need a good broker, a good knowledge about money management, time and well mind. if you enter with all this you will got the success.

@soumen: No doubt knowledge is the key for getting success in this business but I would like to add some other requirement due to which we can become the successful trader i.e. demo trading and strong investment.

I would like to suggest all the newbies that they should work at least two months on demo account and then should start the real trading with strong investment in order to get the fruitful result.
