Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

i think we have to follow major trend because most of price movement in forex market always
base on major trend , so we can make much profit with our real trading account and we can avoid from margin call.

bhai agar aap long term trader hai, to higher time frame par analysis karke long trend ko follow kare, agar aap short term trader hai, to low time frame par analysis karke short trend follow kare, har tarah ke time frame hai, jisko aap follow kar sakte hai.

It depends on the trading strategy and trading method of a monger.If he is using scalping , he can persist 1 mins to 5 mins interpret as it requires a dealer to oppressed stance first where as if he is a day merchant he can use 4 hourly and daily represent as it gives more straight figures to consider before trading.

I think best or not it depend on each trader, some maybe like scalping because they have a lot of time in fron of thei computer, maybe some like long term because they usually read the news and they got good instinct to read the market reaction. As long as make profit for us doesn't matter what trend we use.

jo trend strong ho aur 4 hour time frame men ho men us trend ko follow krta hon so that is helping me a lot and i a m very good in this way because i know if i do good so then i can make much good profit by following this trend

I think trading with trend is the best strategy for trading in the forex market. If you can find a best trend in the forex market then you can make good profit in your every trade. Because a trend is very helpful for making good profit. For finding a best trend always use long term chart.

When I think that if an investor can be a speculator, a global assessment of greater moment is buying really reasonable adequate support. I personally use for business to the m5, but when I see regularly in m15, h1 h4 more daily information. Image of burger time offers excellent support for the market.

Do not everr use m5 and m15 for trading
I think you should always use h4 chart as it is the most trustworthy chart for techncial study
I used to follow h4 chart and then cross check with day1 chart then i used to place my deal
