the numbers 00,20,50,80 are the psychological numbers. most of people use these numbers, we simply use these numbers in life. for example if we want to say 1.010 we like to say 1.000 than 1.010, if we want to say 1.045, we prefer say 1.050 isn't it ?
20 and 80 are the pareto numbers... maybe you can find in google.com about these pareto numbers in life... i believe you will sure about these numbers..

I could not understand it well, because the method you mentioned is to place 4 sell limit orders and 4 buy limit orders, it will hedge your all orders so please let me know if we have to open 8 pending order and 2 orders with opposite direction on one magic number?

yes, we place pending order outside magenta line, 4 level above and 4 level below..
try to use my script that i have shared before... it can help us to make pending orders. good luck

My advice to reduce errors in this Strategy. use stop loss and profit target and time frame settings can also affect the target and stop loss settings are taking appropriate time frame, use the money maanajemen with discipline and well planned to reduce the risk of a margin call

My strategy's name is Fantastic Four. I use 4 magical numbers ending in 00, 20, 50, 80.
Rules for this strategy :

Open the chart in the morning or afternoon (before work)
Look at the solid and dashed horizontal lines at price ending in 00, 20, 50, 80
Place 4 Pending Orders (Sell Limit) above the magenta line, at the price ending in 00, 20, 50, 80 and each take profit 10 pips
Place 4 Pending Orders (Buy Limit) under the magenta line, at the price ending in 00, 20, 50, 80 and each take profit 10 pips
Close the chart and enjoy your day without look at the chart
In the night, open the chart again and look at the profits
Close or modify your pending orders that weren't touched
Repeat these steps tomorrow

we can assume these numbers are the support and resistance that the price will bounce back to the suppport/resistance..
