Many times this happens that you sit in front of your chart and there is hardly 10-20 **** movement . And suddenly you get 100+ **** fluctuation. So why not just grab the trades at those timings . Mostly it happens when different market opens .
So lets discuss those timing when market is most volatile (acc. GMT+5:30)

The European and Asian markets overlap 2 y: 4 pm (New York time E.s.t)
This is from the most quietly at all in terms of torque and the amount of changing prices for couples because of the nature of the Asian market which tends by its nature to invest generously during the morning, so this period is a wonderful choice for those who don't prefer the risk of currency trading and beginners to work on actual accounts

Overlapping hour is the best time for trading. Overlapping hour mean this time two countries server was open.

I thin k there are two best times to trade in forex and they are actually tow sessions the one is London session and the other is New York session. I enjoy both the sessions and specially the starting and ending times of both of them are full of momentum and we can earn many pips.

as for me i don't really think we have a best timing for forex trading all i can say is that when we don't get a clear signer from the market we just have to exit the trade and never try to rush into the forex market thats what i really think but the more we get to understand our strategy the more we can be at the save side

I think that the huge movements is mainly caused by news time only. You may always wait for the true trend and then enter in to the market. And also you can make analysis to know the correct entry point and exit point. If you always rely session time, then you may got floating deals. Market shows different movements in any time, so always prepare to face the reversals.

Forex trading kay different sessions hain un mein say London Session bohat maqbool hay jis ki waja ye hay kay ic session mein sale aur purchase bohat ziada hoti hay jis ki waja say market mein bohat utar cherhao aata rehta hay jo traders ko profit kamanay mein bohat madad gar sabit hota hay.

well i don know much about international timing but as a pakistan time i trade in evening and market move fast .. same as indian time .. also at 12 am market also run fast here .. so i trade in this timing ..
