Which trends do you think is best for us to follow?

yes, I agree with you. basically, the TF which we will use to analyze price movements forex trading strategy is based on what kind we use. The scalper usually choose a small TF, while for day traders, swing traders and longterm traders typically use a larger TF

this market have got a big volatile price and you can not get the righ trend for your analysis may be you find away that work good for you but it will not work good forever and you have to change it.

for me the best trend that i use it is to draw the trend on the support and the resistance using fractals indicator but this will not work good when we are on big volatile price and the result will be not good.

agree, if we use a large TF trading then we too long, but this time we also use a small tf trding the short term, let's say if I used to use tf tf 15 but still greater attention also

With larger times we get a more good visible angle to the markets. I mean looking at the past data that the charts have to tell us we are in a very good position and so we can make really good trades that gives us the maximum profits also.

I am used h4 and d1 chart for ensure how the trends going on and put in an entry with m5 and m15 time frame...

All trends are possible to follow if we know how to locate those trends and follow them. Tools like the trend lines are the major tools that we could use in order to advance in our trading use of trend lines.

my way of trading is scalping...so i am always following TF of M1 and M5, because i need to follow the trends and trade according to that..so for scalper , short TF is more good and can make more profit with it....day trader and swing trader will use other TF...so it all depends on style of trading of a trader....

hnn app ne kafi acha topic start kiya ha app ka bahot bahot shukriya ab atey hane topic ki taraf mere khiyal main app ka trading k style per he depend karta ha k app ko kn sa time frame sout karta ha kioun k forex trading main her kisi ka apna apnas style hota ha scalper 30m or 15 m par trade karte hane or day trader 1 h or 1d par main to sab ko dekh kar he trade karta houn

Your suggestion is acceptable but in my view that H1 chart is also important, if you are short term trader than see both H4 and H1 chart and when you want to open your position then use even M5 chart to enter on perfect point.
