well i think that profit and loss are the parts of any kind of business.If i loss my money then first of all i will work with patience and try to control my emotions because if i lost my patience then it will become more difficult for us.but i often use to learn first and then i go for earn,because if i lost then i will find my mistake and keep in mind i have to avoid mistake again this thing make me relax.

well, till now i have seen only one big loss. And did not make a big deal out of it. I looked towards my mistakes and now i am working on them to make a more better strategy for my next trade. I think a forex trader must be looking for his mistakes rather than panicing in this situation.
