i agree with you friend, if you have a day job forex trading is very hard for them. I think they should trade some spatial time when forex market is very volatile. So they can get profit or loss quickly. But I think if you have day job then you can trade weekly. It is very good trading system some time you can get more then 500 pip par week.

I also encountered the same experience with you. As for me, I used my own EA that I have created my self to do all the trading if I am sick or tired. I will set different strategies for it that best suits according to current market conditions. But after I had enough rest, I will quickly take over my trading my own self, even though it is my EA, but trading manually is better. Good luck all.

If it were so busy and tiresome that I don't really feel like doing anything and I know that my brain isn't on the right place, then I would rather stay away from the market for that day, better safe than sorry. If I'm busy and if I'm tired I don't trade at all. Why force yourself to trade and make a mistake? Its better that we just going to trade if we have free time and free mind. Don't try to fool yourself that even if you are tired you can still make profit. A person who has tired body and tired mind has higher chance of losing money in forex. It is perfect that a forex currency trading does not trade too much, 1 hour is just good enough for a trader. It makes us rest well and even have time to do other things that they desire in forex. This also reduces the possibility of over trading.
