first of all you need to understand that you do not need to trade everytime you open up your meta trader platform. you should trade only when you feel absolutely comfortable in trading and you can find absolutely valid entry points. the advice that i can give from my side is that if you had a really tiresome day and you do not feel that you will be able to catch up with the ever changing scenario of trading market then you should simply give yourself some good rest and then only you should think about trading at all. simply going to the market half heartedly and half bodily will only make you more and more vulnerable to loosing all your money in trading. now for sure such a situation will not make your day any better at all so be in your comfort zone before you can think of trading on any day.
