The best thing is to do trading when their is the opportunity in the markets. As i am a new trader and still learning the Forex i am making the trades on an average 2 days a week.

Forex market opens for 5 days a week. But not all days are good to trade with. That is why I trade on most of the mid week. I am not sure which two days you are talking about to avoid trading but i guess it is Monday and Friday but there are good trading opportunities on these days too and a trader must trade.A trader should not trade on days but trade whenever there is good trading opportunity based on his study and analysis.

You are right on Friday we can't understand the trend but on Monday if we study the Sunday news then we can easily trade on that day because some meeting are held on Saturday and Sunday and these meeting will effect the market on Monday.

Forex market opens for 5 days a week. But not all days are good to trade with. That is why I trade on most of the mid week. The trade volumes are large, thus market suffers huge movement which is very important to gain lots of profits. Yes, i agree with this. We can able to trade anytime, even for 24hours in a day and all days in a week. But, if we want to make profit, then we should enter into the market in right time and exit. I don't rely market sessions, i just do trade according to resistance and support which is by technical analysis.
