I trade only 4 days in a week from Mondays to Thursdays. Fridays are usually off days for me except on the Friday that we have the NFP. On that day I make good profits from trading the NFP because I understand how the market moves during NFP releases.

I am agree with you . i am trading near two years and this two day is really volatile no doubt and sometime this days dont care trend and market moves madly. for this most of the time i avoid this two days because its better not to trade then loss.

For me I am on we are students, and one can selects a sessions that is best for us and I think most of the part-times operators have a paticular sessions for trades and for the negotiations, it is now gold implement, because time and try to spends more times on the forex and if we enter the unknowns sessions we not negotiates most of the times, and then must work to earn more and more !!
