Istanbul and Cappadocia are known as two places that are the main destinations of foreign tourists who come to Turkey. I would love to see the beauty of this area which is said to have limestone hills that look amazing. Travel umumnya penerbangan akan berangkat dari Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, form Istambul to Cappadocia takes 12 hours by road, and only takes 1 hours by plane. the flight will depart from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, not from Atatürk Airport
Travel from airport to the small town of Göreme, we were presented with a beautiful view. From dry plains, until you see the limestone hills with various amazing shapes! Different appearance, different color ... like in fairyland.
We arrived at the Ufuk inn which turned out to be exactly in the middle of this simple little town, the right place to watch the sunrise, but it's also beautiful in the twilight. This afternoon the sun became redder, illuminating cone-shaped limestone hills. It's hard to describe in words if you see the view .
It's better if you plan to come here, and enjoy the wonders of Cappadocia nature

We (2 adults and a couple of teenage children) visited Turkey this summer season and spent the 3 most enchanting days of our journey in a small cave motel in Cappadocia, on top of a mountain in the town of Urgup. All 4 of us sincerely cherished our experience at "Temenni Evi" that's a as a substitute intimate 14 room motel this is most effective approximately three years antique however built in and round antique caves which date returned many centuries - of course, with all of the contemporary services. Temenni Evi method "house of desires" and it actually lived up to its call. ordinary it felt less like a inn than a relaxed domestic where you do now not even need to lock the doors of your room. The resort proprietor speaks notable English and his spouse is an splendid cook dinner who will serve you home cooked meals which you may experience on the rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains and valleys - exceptional view in town and excellent sunsets! The inn additionally arranges remarkable excursions for you and changed into increadibly beneficial in organizing our stay. After three nights we felt like we had now not best visited Cappadocia - we had also gotten to understand our Turkish hosts thoroughly and learned much more about Turkey than we ought to have by means of best visiting the united states aspect. just to demonstrate their super hospitality, the proprietor arranged for taxi delivery to the airport (about 1 hour away) for a totally early morning flight returned to Istanbul and whilst the taxi turned out to be too small to match the 4 people plus luggage, he did now not hesitate and honestly gave us a ride himself in his very own larger automobile, to make certain we'd now not omit our flight! We relatively propose Temenni Evi to all and sundry making plans to travel to Cappadocia.

Cappadocia is known as the "Land of Fairy Chimney". This title appears because this area have the rocks shaped characteristics or flat pyramid. These rocks can be seen inside a national park, but also very clearly visible from outside the national park. These rocks are houses for local residents.
Stone houses with a roof shaped like a chimney. Uniquely, there are still many locals resident lived in these stone caves. Someone also opened a restaurant or cafe in the rock cave as income.
There is also Pasabag or Monk Valley in Cappadocia. Pasabag is a giant rocky area which looks like mushrooms. In the 4th and 5th centuries there are many monks fleeing and hiding here. Identical to the cave, Cappadocia also has an underground city named Derinkuyu in Central Anatolia.

is visiting Cappadocia for a hot air balloon ride. Actually, a hot air balloon ride can be in many places, in Melbourne you can too. But the view is not same as Cappadocia. this place is more unique. Therefore, we planned to stay in Cappadocia for 4 days. As part of risk management, but..It turns out we still fly according to plan, that is, on the third day we were in Cappadocia.
I saw a giant blimp up close and imagine in a moment we will fly.

The majority of Cappadocia tourist destinations is in an area called Goreme. Cappadocia is an area located in the Turkish state of Asia. The term Cappadocia has been around for a long time, this area covers several provinces namely Nevsehir, Kayseri, Kirsehir, Aksaray and Nigde.
Our hotel is located in Goreme, which belongs to the Nevsehir Province. When entering the Goreme area, already feels like a fairyland. This area has hilly contours, so the car continues uphill to our hotel.
our balloon rises into the sky slowly. What an amazing view. And the magic doesn't feel when you are at a height, Even though at first I was a little scared because it must be very high. Cappadocia's nature is truly unique. some unique rock formations, formed by natural processes. The most beautiful moment is when the sun rises, truly extraordinary. Watching the sun rise slowly from a location parallel to our blimp.

About Cappadocia
Lying in south central Turkey, the moonscaped region of Cappadocia, southeast of Ankara, is most famous for unique geological features called fairy chimneys. The large, cone-like formations were created over time by erosion of the relatively soft volcanic ash around them. Past cultures have dug into them to create dwellings, castles (like Uchisar) and even entire underground cities like Kaymakli and Derinkuyu, used as hiding places by early Christians. Nearby Kayseri is the gateway to the area.

Some of the uniqueness of Cappadocia :
- There is an underground city, this city was a place of refuge during the war. The underground cities include Derinkuyu, Kaymaklı, Karlik Church, Theodore Church, Karain Columbaries, and Soğanlı Archaeological Site.
- Badlands and sand make it difficult to grow crops in Cappadocia, so farmers use pigeon droppings to fertilize agricultural land because Cappadocia's plains are hot and dry. Every man who is physically capable is expected to dig his own hole as a pigeon house on a stone structure to avoid predators and thieves.
- In the local language Cappadocia is called Kapadokya which means country with beautiful horses or Land of Beautiful Horses
- The period when the war was still in turmoil, Cappadocia was made a place of refuge for Christians who avoided the attacks of the Arabs and gave the name of the city of Goreme which means "You can't see here".
- The Tokali Kilise Church, often called the Buckle Church, was used as the main center of protection for monastic activities in Buzantine Cappadocia. Until now the Church Building still stands in Cappadocia. Christian-themed paintings are often found in the caves which are the church chapels
