In the 1 week chart, a channel can be considered formed with a target on the bottom side of the channel. Now in consolidation (1 day, 4 hours) which can be completed by the formation of the 3rd wave around 98.30. With the high momentum shown on the 1 day / 1 week chart, the long term bias is a downtrend and I am writing this post about USDJPY on a daily time frame. At the moment the pair is really showing very low volatility. Now in a downtrend now. Support level is at 78.02 and the main resistance level at 80.50 breakout from this level will show a trend of both continuing and volatility as well. On the upper side the price reversal level is 79.22 for the breakout above. Also the RSI level shows it is below 50.
