it's true emotional control is the key to successful trading. but in my opinion, far more traders who have not been able to control your emotions in trading. many are greedy in taking advantage. and to be able to control emotions, we must be disciplined and consistent with the plans we have made.

i think discipline is the key to control our emotions when we trade. with discipline, we can maintain our OP good and using money management. if we only think big profits, we can get loss and margin call. make the trade plan is better, with the trade plan, if the target is reached, we can close our computer and enjoy our life.

Nice thing, But in my opinion emotions wll get controlled when we do some practice in tarding thats why we see some less emotions play in experienced trader. If we stick to money management rules then emotions will decrease.

emotions control kernay ka sab say best method to yehi hay kay banda tab hi trade karay jab to relax or cool ho. aik angry mind ya distrubed mind kay sath trading nae ho sakti, phir jab koi acha setup nazar aaey tab hi trading ki jaey na kay bar bar fazool entries karay.

I think the balance we see is the main reason behind the emotion that control us. If we can hide the balance from our eyes then we can stop the emotion. Again there is another way to control it and that is experience. And belief on your system.
