To control the emotion the best way is to get the forex trading learning, because when you understand the importance of the forex trading business then you control your emotions with best way, so try to get the knowledge more about forex trading and get the more trading profit.

the only way to control the emtions is to practice trading. once you got suuficient experience then you will be definately able to control the emtion .but intially it is very difficult to control it

I just close the terminal after open the deals, this will avoid fear and emotions on market movements. But, the place should be placed after some huge analysis. Without analyses, you won't able to survive for long time. If you have any lack, then its really hard to control such things.

It tests my emtions a lot when I am trading in forex .Till now, I still wish to control my emtions , but it is so difficult for me to do that. An order was made in forex , then you will just wish to know whether you are profiting there ? How much are you profiting ? So many more things you will just go to the neverous emotion.

We keep on advising others on their activity, this is not good, you should not behave like this, control yourself and bla bla... why cannot we advise our self. Just look inside our mind how we behaved in a particular situation and if someone else would have done it what we would have suggested this way we can learn to control our emotions.

to control emotions, we should be able to learn money management mengontril first. because emotions become unstable when we are not able to control the risk. so the risk of large losses that could be the trigger of emotion. by learning to manage money management, then we will experience only minor losses.
